The recently built “zum Hoariger” country house offers an exclusive atmosphere in a central but quiet location. You can really relax in a modern and high-quality holiday apartment.
The whole house is distinguished by a comfortable and sophisticated living ambience in which our guests can feel completely at ease. The furnishings and the interior were personally and enthusiastically designed and selected by us.
The historic images that can be found everywhere connect the present day with the history of the house and our family.
The heart of Garmisch, and the pedestrian zone in the town centre where numerous restaurants, cafés and shops can be found, is just a few minutes’ walk away Just as convenient is the path to the impressive mountain landscape around Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
There’s a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a boot heater and ski rack in the basement. The well-equipped wellness area with a separate fitness room is also in the basment. From the wellness area you can access the south-facing 600 m² shared garden where you can relax and enjoy the sun. You’ll also find space to sit and lounge around, a barbecue area and a lockable shed for your bikes.
All the holiday apartments have their own parking space on the premises.
